Due to COVID19 precautions, there will be no on-site registration for #ESACon21. All attendees must have their registration completed by Friday, November 5, 2021.
All payment for registrations must be received by Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Payments for registrations passes are due upon receipt. Passes that are cancelled prior to 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT on Friday, September 3, 2021 will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. Registration that are cancelled after 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT on Friday, September 3, 2021 through 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT on Friday, November 5, 2021 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee paid. There is no refund for cancellations made after 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT on Friday, November 5, 2021. Up through 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT on Friday, November 5, 2021, substitutions for registration passes will be accepted. Due to the implementation of Express Entry, substitutions will not be accepted after 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT on Friday, November 12, 2021.
