Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

Beginning on June 1, Sky Harbor will require all employees and members of the public entering public airport facilities, including the terminals, the Rental Car Center, the PHX Sky Train, and airport buses to wear a face covering. Sky Harbor, dubbed America’s Friendliest Airport, is the main airport for the Greater Phoenix area. Sky Harbor serves more than 120 domestic and international destinations. With 1,200 daily flights—about 500 of them nonstop—Sky Harbor is one of the most convenient airports in the United States.

Sky Harbor is served by 18 competitively priced carriers. The airport is located in the middle of Greater Phoenix, less than 10 minutes from downtown, and within 30 minutes of most hotels and resorts.

Convenient transportation to the airport comes by way of PHX Sky Train®. This driverless people mover transports Valley Metro Rail passengers between the airport and the 44th Street/Washington Street station. It is approximately 4 miles to get from Phoenix Airport (PHX) to the Phoenix Convention Center.

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, located in southeast Mesa, is a growing regional airport serving the Greater Phoenix area. Gateway Airport serves about 1.3 million passengers per year to more than 35 nonstop destinations. Gateway Airport has convenient access to the Loop 202 Santan and US 60 freeways, allowing passengers to connect to the entire metro area. It is approximately 35 miles to get from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) to the Phoenix Convention Center.

Phoenix Convention Center

The Phoenix Convention Center is the first public venue in Arizona to receive GBAC STAR™ accreditation. Recognized as the gold standard of safe venues, GBAC STAR™ provides third-party validation to ensure the implementation of rigorous protocols in response to bio-risk situations. The GBAC Accreditation program enables facilities to maximize product use and best practices for sanitization and train staff to implement them at the level needed to thoroughly sterilize and clean environments in the era of Covid-19.
